it may have been a Nor'easter, but we still managed to have a fun Startup Boston All Hands at Workbar. RIP umbrella.

I often get asked about how the FlexProfessionals team works. Do we, in fact, practice what we preach?   🌟Yes, we do!🌟   We are a primarily remote team dispersed throughout the state. We encourage flexible work schedules, and our team works in a variety of capacities, both full and part-time. We are a data-driven and results-focused organization. It works for us, but it also takes work!   Here are the ways in which we connect and stay laser-focused as a remote-first team:   ➡️Weekly meetings at Workbar that are highly collaborative and results-focused. It's rare for a team member to miss them! ➡️Monthly "All Hands" meetings run by our CEO, Gwenn Rosener, including both regions, where we share highlights, updates on targets, company business, and priorities for the upcoming month. ➡️Monthly team coffees that are just for fun and opportunities to informally connect ➡️Quarterly opportunities for the team to bond. It could be lunch, an activity, or some form of professionals development ➡️1:1 meetings, calls, and texts ➡️The occasional team Peloton ride, which tends to get a little competitive!   Do you run or work as part of a remote or hybrid team?
